Welcome to Your Devotion
A practice built on showing up out of devotion, not discipline. Movement, strength, nourishment: all of it, tended to slowly. Whatever brought you here, there's room for you exactly as you are.
About Me
My introduction to the world of movement was through ballet, a world built on precision, discipline, and elegance. It gave me a lot, like a love for moving my body and an understanding that movement can be art. It also took things I'm still learning to name, and I've spent the last several years unlearning the harmful narratives that come folded into that training.
Pilates arrived like a breath of fresh air. Not instead of the discipline, alongside it, softening it into something I could actually live inside. It provided precision without the punishment and elegance without pretending the body doesn't fluctuate, ache, look and move differently today than it did yesterday.
That's the whole reason I teach. I want to hand people the tools to actually understand the bodies they're in, and somewhere in that understanding, to fall a little in love with how strange and intricate it is to be a person inside one at all.
I hold a 500-hour Pilates certification through The Practice Space, and I'm currently working toward my CPT and Nutrition Coach certification through NASM, because I wholeheartedly believe that strength training and nutrition go hand-in-hand with a devoted Pilates practice.
If any of this sounds like some of your story, I’d love to work together.
Portfolio of Services
-
Individualized sessions for just you, or you and a friend! Some clients come in working through a specific injury or movement pattern; others simply want to go deeper into a practice they already know. Either way, we start by understanding where you actually are, then build a program that evolves with you, session to session
-
Available for private bookings like bachelorette weekends, birthdays, team offsites, retreats, or any gathering that could use a little movement. I bring the mats and props and tailor the session to the group's experience level.
-
Strength and conditioning work that complements the control and precision built in Pilates. Ideal for clients who want to train across both disciplines, whether the goal is building capacity, supporting an athletic pursuit, or simply getting stronger.
-
Practical, individualized nutrition guidance that supports the work you're doing on the mat and beyond. Built on the same philosophy as the rest of my practice: grounded, sustainable, and responsive to how you actually live.
